Exceeding expectations, one project at a time

Nawany Group was co-founded by Mr. Ashok Nawany & Mr. Vinod Nawany, sons of late Mr. Parumal Nawany who was a veteran of 35 years with Air India in the 1980’s. In 1981, Ashok embarked on his entrepreneurial journey with the blessings of his mentor Mr. Ram Chainani by starting an industrial construction project in Vasai (E) as a developer. Since then, Nawany group has been a market leader in developing commercial and industrial properties in the micro-market of Vasai over the past 40 years. Nawany Group, has successfully developed and delivered over 1.0 million sq. ft, and has a rich legacy of knowledge and competence.

Over the years we have diversified into cement trading and logistics. The business, which was started with the idea to leverage the group’s network in the Vasai developer segment, eventually led us to becoming principal distributors for Narmada Cement in Mumbai & Thane. At the time, riding the liberalization wave through the 90’s, the group expanded its association with Cement Corp of India, L&T Cement and developed several marquee customers, supplied to prestigious projects, and created a vast dealer network. This led to Vinco Sales & Services (group company) becoming synonymous with cement trade in the Mumbai market. Today, we are privileged to owned and managed over 200 vehicles, and to have over a few dozen clients in the cement and fly ash industry

In due course, with the advent of redevelopment, the construction vertical expanded its footprint into residential projects in the premium western suburbs of Mumbai. We have entered the logistics parks construction business, a testament to our commitment to continuous growth and diversification. Strategic thinking, building enduring relationships and execution excellence are our key strengths.
